PAYMENT
- PayPal instant payments are verified ...instantly, but an "eCheck" can take a week.
- Credit card payments can take up to 24 hours to be verified with your bank.
- Make sure you either add buystuff@derder.com to your contacts, or check your SPAM folder after ordering.
Therefore, USING PAYPAL IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED AND RECOMMENDED. Please choose payment method accordingly.
DOWNLOADING
- An email containing a link to your download will be sent to you once your payment has been verified. You may also log into your account and access the download (click on My Account link at top of page).
- It is highly recommended that only broadband internet users with a wired connection attempt to download these files.
- Download speeds are dictated by your internet service provider.
- Please only download 1 file at a time. File size is listed with each product.
- All files are compressed into a ZIP file, so you will need a program such as WINZIP, WINRAR, or STUFFIT to unpack the files before viewing.
- Take note of the file size. Once the download is complete, the file size of your .zip file should match the size listed on the download page. If not, there is a good chance you did not download the file completely. You will probably need to download it again.
